Nature Connection Classes for Children

I am so excited to be offering "my grown-up and me" nature play classes for children and their special grown-up!

Fall 2024 classes:  

6 week session
Days and Times: Thursdays 10am to 11am or Thursdays 4pm to 5pm
Fall Season Dates: October 3 to November 7

Tuition: $125/child  
Classes are for children 18 months to 8 years. 
Babies in arms are welcome to attend for free.

       

Nature Play Classes: family classes for ages 18 months to 8 years

(Children younger and older than that age range are welcome to enroll, and families are encouraged to try a free class to see if it is a good fit for their child.)

Come play and learn in one of the best places... nature! 

Classes include a nature walk, guided nature based play activity, songs,

and story time. Each week, I'll invite children into a new,

expert-designed play lesson developed to spark wonder,

inspire purposeful play and support kids in developing essential skills.

To kids, it's all FUN! 

 

We will be following the Tinkergarten nature play curriculum.

                             

Cost $125 per child (payable before first class)

(Prorated if register after season starts)

(Siblings under 12 months attend free) 

(Note: Unfortunately, refunds or credits can not be offered for classes

missed by families, but if a class is cancelled by the teacher, the class

will be rescheduled or a refund will be issued for that class.)

 

Classes are held all outdoors in most weather.

 

Weather cancellations will be for thunderstorms, rain if temperatures are under

50 degrees, high winds (over 20 mph), or if actual or real feel temperatures are below 10°F (cancellations will be made up at the end of the season, or a refund will be given if the teacher cannot reschedule)

 

What to bring to class: 

• Snack 

• Refillable water bottle

• Weather appropriate outdoor gear that can get messy
